The Britannia Bathrooms team consists of:
Managing Director - John Coombs
Has an in depth and practical knowledge of the bathroom and home improvement markets, together with a background of customer care.
Showroom Manager - Phil Graffy
Phil has a vast knowledge of the bathroom industry, and always remains very customer focused.
Sales executive- Louise Coombs
Louise is our newest recruit, with her fresh outlook and customer skills is proving to be a valued member of the team.
Warehouse Manager and Delivery Driver - Kevin Downes
Kevin looks after our warehouse and ensures that the Britannia Bathrooms Installation Team has all the products required for the job. He is also involved with customer liaison.
Weekend Assistants - Nikki Coombs and Mathew Graffy
Nikki and Mathew work with the sales team at the weekends in our busy showroom.
Installation Team
We currently have four installers who are all fully trained, multi skilled and customer focused. They will transform your old bathroom into the new bathroom you deserve.

Our aim is to maintain our position as the number one bathroom company in the Lichfield area.
We will always strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our products, prices, and most importantly our service.
Following a site survey we promise to contact our customers with full cost details and designs within 10 working days. Our costs will be fully inclusive with no hidden additional charges.
Once an installation is started we will continue every day* until the installation is
satisfactorily completed, thereby minimizing the amount of disruption to our customers.
We always respect customer's property, ensuring that clean dust sheets are put down and removed at the start and end of each day. The work area will always be kept clean and tidy.
We will undertake to complete all aspects of the refurbishment including plumbing, tiling, plastering, internal construction, electrical** and decorating, if required to the very highest standard.
In the unlikely event of remedial work being necessary we will respond within 24 hours of being notified.
